I think leaders and owners need to be planning on two horizons: the near term with the recession as the backdrop but keeping an eye on the long view. You can’t lose sight of new opportunities on the other side of this or your business could be disrupted and miss a chance to innovate. Balancing those two will be critical to survival and developing a business to thrive Post-Covid.
